I have a few female employees working at my office, and being a manager, I need to text them via Skype or Messenger to come to my room.


How can I ask them politely to come?

Please come here



I don't find either of these formulations helpful; what is appropriate?

Ground floor – First floor: In British English, the floor of a building which is level with the ground is called the ground floor. The floor above it is called the first floor, the floor above that is the second floor, and so on.
