What is a good adjective for something that is ready for use, in the sense that it was prepared in advance (besides "ready" or "prepared")?


Example usage: "This (adjective) document is immediately available for your use" or "This file is already ready because it's (adjective)".

usage - "there doesn't seem" vs. "there don't seem"

As an example, consider the two sentences: There don't seem to be any doctors here. and There doesn't seem to be any doctors here. To my ear, the first sounds great, and the second is painfully awkward. So which is correct, grammatically?
