I have a question about the use of the word to as a time proposition. Is to inclusive in the following sentence?



I worked at company X from April 2012 to April 2013.

Ground floor – First floor: In British English, the floor of a building which is level with the ground is called the ground floor. The floor above it is called the first floor, the floor above that is the second floor, and so on.
