kinship terms - Non-related cousin?


I was wondering what the official term for the relationship described below is.


So My Grandparents D & F had two sons: T & E. T is my father. E married L and had three kids: P, E, & A which are my cousins.


Now L has a sister S (P,E, & A's Aunt) who has two kids C & B (P, E. & A's Cousin).


Now what is the official term for C & B in relation to me?

First floor vs ground floor, usage origin

Ground floor – First floor: In British English, the floor of a building which is level with the ground is called the ground floor. The floor above it is called the first floor, the floor above that is the second floor, and so on. In American English, the floor which is level with the ground is called the first floor, the floor above it is the second floor, and so on. My grandmother, who grew up in western Pennsylvania, pronounced wash and Washington with an intrusive R : “warsh” and “Warshington.” Where does the intrusive R come from in that dialect?
