pejorative language - What is the word for a person who does the opposite of what he speaks?


I am looking for a word to let others understand that somebody is a person who does exactly the opposite of what he speaks. Is there any word for this?

Ground floor – First floor: In British English, the floor of a building which is level with the ground is called the ground floor. The floor above it is called the first floor, the floor above that is the second floor, and so on. The term a hot minute can be found all over blogs and in casual speech, meaning essentially, "a long time." The term is mostly slang, but seems to have become popular enough to appear on sites as reputable as PBS.org.
